Unfortunately, I have no idea. Their web page (http://www.gluechunk.com/stuff/zines.html) says: "For more information in Roanoke, Va. contact Fr. Michael Furry at (540) 389-6226". That's probably all you can gather from the internet about them (aside from a few issues of their zine).
For what it's worth, the first five zines of Death to the World are linked to on my blog.
According to what i read in an issue of The Orthodox Word, there was another zine that was dedicated to hippies, to be distributed at 'rainbow events' or somesuch. I don't know the name, and don't currently have access to the copy of TOW that said this...

Oops, forgot the almost-most important thing - thanks for the link!
Thanks guys, and I suppose this is the best of the remaining links 3 children in the fiery furnace.
I'm rather sad that it has stopped publication... will add new thoughts on that in a new entry soon.
Here's what I know about DTtW: Father Andrew became a monk in St. Herman of Alaska monastery in CA and now lives in St. Michael's Skete on Spruce Island in Alaska. (You can see pictures here: http://orthodoxinfo.com/images/spruceisland/index.html ) He wrote a book about St. Innocent, entitled "From Earth to Heaven, The Apostolic Adventures of St. Innocent of Alaska, which you can find on this page: http://www.dormitionbooks.com/catalogue.html
I'm not sure what happened to the other main writer for DTtW. I have several issues that I plan on one day scanning in...
