HIS PARENTS NEVER FILLED OUT THE CITIZEN PAPERWORKAND THEY ARE BOTH DECEASED HE WAS ADOPTED FROM KOREA AND HIS FATHER WAS A UNKNOWN AMERICAN SOLDIER AND HIS MOTHER WAS KOREAN SHE LEFT HIM IN THE STREET AT 2 YEARS OLD. MY QUESTION IS CAN THEY GET AWAY WITH EXILING SOMEONE WHO LIVED HERE ALL THEIR LIFE AND HAS NO WHERE TO LIVE OR FAMILY IN KOREA? And I thought I was o...O gees, this is news to me. And I thought I was on top of U.S. immigration news.<BR/><BR/>In the U.S., most people detained for being in the country without official permission are placed in regular jails or prisons until their case is reviewed and removal is ordered by a judge.
